Role Description
The Procurement Engineer will own and build Flow’s procurement function across its KSA portfolio.
The immediate focus is FF&E, facilities, and operational supplies for residential communities in Riyadh.
This KSA-based individual contributor role combines strategic sourcing, vendor management, cost control, and execution.
The role is accountable for sourcing products at the right quality and cost and delivering them on time.
Core Scope
- Own end-to-end procurement across FF&E, facilities, and operational categories in KSA.
- Build a supplier network and negotiate pricing, contracts, commercial terms, and service levels.
- Lead RFQs and competitive bids, evaluate suppliers, and review partner performance.
- Maintain purchase orders, contracts, invoices, vendor records, acknowledgements, and freight documentation.
- Coordinate purchasing from request through delivery with design, facilities, operations, and finance.
- Maintain ERP data for orders, costs, receipts, inventory, and procurement activity.
- Monitor pricing, supply conditions, and vendor performance to identify savings and reduce risk.
- Ensure compliance with SASO, VAT documentation, Saudization, and import requirements.
- Anticipate disruptions, develop alternative sourcing, and improve procurement processes and controls.
Educational Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least five years of procurement or purchasing experience.
- Experience in construction, fit-out, hospitality, real estate, or luxury residential is preferred.
- KSA or broader GCC experience is strongly preferred.
- Professional fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficiency with ERP and procurement systems, spreadsheets, inventory tools, expense and invoice platforms, and reporting systems.
Success Profile
The successful candidate takes initiative, owns outcomes, maintains accurate documentation, negotiates commercially, and keeps multiple procurement streams moving.
The role enables development and operations teams to obtain what they need on time, at the right quality and cost.
