Responsibilities

• Provide professional hospitality and support to residents and hotel guests, including special requests.
• Welcome, greet, and register guests while obtaining necessary payment information.
• Respond to requests, make local recommendations, and resolve resident and guest complaints.
• Answer inquiries about residences, hotels, services, personnel, events, directions, and operating hours.
• Support move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewal activities with the Leasing Team.
• Direct lobby traffic, maintain communal areas, track loaned items, and maintain property knowledge.
• Follow policies and procedures and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Handle check-out, cash management, cashiering, and credit-policy requirements.
• Manage packages, faxes, messages, mail, and authorized access for vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Organize documents and reports, including package logs and project trackers.
• Use software to record special requests and coordinate with property departments.
• Assist the community engagement team with marketing initiatives for building events and company programs.

Availability

• Working hours may vary based on operational needs and may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Ideal Background

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college or relevant experience is a plus.
• Residential services or hospitality experience in a luxury environment is preferred.
• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English is required.
• Computer literacy and ability to use a variety of software programs are required.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, organization, and task-prioritization skills are required.
