Role Description

Core Scope

• Own end-to-end procurement across FF&E, facilities, and operational categories in KSA.
• Build and manage a supplier network, negotiate commercial terms, and lead RFQ and competitive bidding processes.
• Maintain procurement documentation and manage purchasing workflows from request through delivery.
• Maintain accurate ERP records for orders, costs, receipts, inventory, and procurement data.
• Monitor market pricing, supply conditions, and vendor performance to identify savings and reduce supply risk.
• Ensure compliance with SASO standards, VAT documentation, Saudization obligations, and import requirements.
• Anticipate supply disruptions, develop alternative sourcing solutions, and improve procurement processes and controls.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
• Relevant experience is preferred in construction, fit-out, hospitality, real estate, or luxury residential sectors.
• Experience working in KSA or the broader GCC is strongly preferred.
• Full professional fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency with ERP and procurement systems, spreadsheets, inventory tools, expense and invoice platforms, and operational reporting systems.
