- Lead the procurement of MEP materials, equipment, and subcontract packages across multiple projects
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, and delivery
- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers and subcontractors to achieve the best commercial outcomes
- Prepare and administer RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, and commercial agreements
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Commercial, Planning, Project, and Site teams to ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted project execution
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and procurement progress while proactively mitigating supply chain risks
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- 8–12+ years of procurement experience within the MEP construction industry, working for a main contractor
- Strong knowledge of MEP materials, equipment, local and international supply markets, and subcontract procurement
- Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation, and contract management skills
- Hands on experience with ERP systems and procurement management processes

Overview
