About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership for all site construction activities from commencement through handover
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and quality requirements
- Lead and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives
- Drive productivity, resource optimization, and construction performance across all project phases
- Oversee structural, architectural, and finishing works while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship
- Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations, QA/QC procedures, and local authority requirements
- Proactively manage project risks, technical challenges, and stakeholder expectations
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence across the project team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experience with leading main contractors
- Demonstrated success in delivering large scale high rise building projects in the UAE/GCC
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project controls, contract administration, and UAE authority regulations
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision making skills
- Proven ability to lead high performing teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Immediate availability will be considered a distinct advantage
