About the Role
ASGC is looking for a Planning Engineer Civil to lead planning and scheduling functions across major construction projects. The role requires 8-10+ years of experience in planning for large building and high-rise projects, expert proficiency in Primavera P6, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all planning and scheduling functions across major construction projects
- Provide strategic planning advice and executive reporting to Project Directors, senior management, and clients
- Lead and mentor the project planning team
- Direct the preparation of EOT claims, delay analysis, and schedule recovery plans
- Approve baseline, mitigation, and revised project schedules
- Oversee the preparation of resource plans, KPIs, and project cash flow forecasts
- Ensure subcontractor schedules are fully integrated with the master construction program
- Support project close out activities including final completion and lessons learned documentation
Requirements
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in planning for large building and high rise construction projects
- Significant experience in a senior planning role with a main contractor
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- In depth understanding of construction contracts, delay analysis, and claims management
- Expert proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel
- Advanced knowledge of construction planning methodologies and Critical Path Method (CPM)
