- Manage procurement activities for construction projects from inquiry to delivery
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors
- Prepare RFQs, bid evaluations, technical comparisons, and procurement recommendations
- Coordinate with engineering, project management, and site teams to identify procurement requirements
- Review technical specifications, drawings, and material submittals to ensure compliance
- Monitor procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strategic vendor relationships
- Support contract negotiations and purchase order management
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality or project timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience within construction or contracting companies
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, subcontracting, and procurement processes
- Experience in supplier negotiations, commercial evaluations, and contract administration
- Familiarity with construction project documentation and technical specifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP procurement systems

Position Summary
