- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Coordinate local and overseas recruitment activities with agencies and candidates
- Follow up on visa processing, mobilization, joining formalities, and employee onboarding
- Handle daily HR operations and employee relations matters
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation
- Process leaves, transfers, contract renewals, and employee requests
- Coordinate with department managers regarding manpower planning and hiring requirements
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies
- Prepare HR reports and maintain workforce data
- Support payroll related activities and employee benefits administration
- Follow up with all stakeholders to ensure timely completion of HR processes and tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia
- Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Hands on experience with Saudi government platforms: Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Absher Business, Ministry of Human Resources platforms
- Sound knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices
- Experience handling expatriate employees, sponsorship transfers, visa processes, and onboarding procedures
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Exceptional follow up, coordination, and multitasking abilities
