Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts
- Monitor project expenditures and compare actual costs against approved budgets
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for management review
- Track commitments, purchase orders, subcontractor payments, and project expenses
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Procurement, Finance, and Site Teams to ensure cost control compliance
- Review contracts, variations, claims, and change orders from a cost perspective
- Identify cost saving opportunities and recommend corrective actions when required
- Ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting across multiple projects
- Support project planning and tendering activities through cost analysis and benchmarking
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to project costs and financial controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost control within construction or contracting companies
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Experience working on commercial, mixed use, or infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
- Knowledge of Saudi construction market practices is highly preferred

Position Summary
