Company Description

  • This role is critical in driving the digital transformation of facilities operations through effective implementation, administration, and optimization of CAFM systems across our real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end CAFM implementation activities including configuration, testing, deployment, and post launch support.
  • Manage CAFM administration including asset registers, workflows, location hierarchy structures, user permissions, and system integrations.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize asset registers while ensuring high standards of data quality and governance.
  • Establish and manage Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs across multiple asset categories and building systems.
  • Monitor maintenance performance, work order management, service levels, and operational KPIs through CAFM dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Deliver operational insights and reporting that support business decisions, budget planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with FM operations, projects, construction teams, consultants, contractors, and software vendors.
  • Support construction to operations handovers and ensure complete and accurate asset data migration into operational systems.
  • Train internal teams and stakeholders on CAFM usage, processes, and data standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of Facilities Management experience, including 3+ years in CAFM / CMMS leadership or administration roles.
  • Hands on experience with enterprise CAFM / CMMS platforms such as Maximo, Archibus, MRI Evolution, Facilio, or equivalent systems.
  • Strong knowledge of asset management, PPM scheduling, work order management, and FM operational workflows.
  • Experience within mixed use real estate portfolios, commercial facilities, retail, residential, or similar environments is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of FM standards and methodologies including SFG20 and industry best practices.
  • Experience within GCC / Saudi Arabian Facilities Management markets is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of CAFM / CMMS systems administration and configuration.
  • Strong capabilities in asset management, maintenance planning, and operational reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience building dashboards and analytical reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, SQL queries, BIM environments, and drawing interpretation is preferred.
