Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple restaurant branches, ensuring operational excellence, high-quality service standards, and optimal financial performance.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to drive efficiency across all areas of restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all assigned restaurant locations.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, service, and customer experience.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability.
- Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports for senior management.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce productivity.
- Lead, train, and develop restaurant managers and team members.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Optimize inventory management, supply chain, and cost control measures.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve escalated issues effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and driving profitability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
