About the Role
Procurement Coordinator role supporting a construction trading team in Dubai, UAE.
The role coordinates suppliers, site, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams for purchasing activities.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 5,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate purchasing activities for construction and trading materials.
- Prepare Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, supplier quotations, and comparative statements.
- Negotiate supplier prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on quotations, order confirmations, pricing, and deliveries.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery.
- Coordinate material requirements with site, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams.
- Maintain procurement records, supplier documents, quotations, purchase orders, and vendor databases.
- Assist with vendor evaluation and supplier performance monitoring.
- Monitor UAE market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Update procurement transactions in the ERP system.
- Prepare purchase, delivery, supplier, and cost reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and manage multiple purchasing requirements through completion.
