Responsibilities
- Manage end to end purchasing activities, including creating and processing Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) using SAP S/4HANA
- Support vendor onboarding, maintain documentation, assist with RFQs/RFPs, analyze competitor quotations, and build vendor comparison sheets
- Ensure all activities align with procurement policies and approval workflows; assist with Single Source Justifications (SSJ) and maintain audit ready records
- Assist with contract reviews, documentation, and overall contract management
- Maintain accurate procurement data, trackers, and system reports to ensure full visibility of activities
Requirements
- 2 4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or related services
- Hands on experience with ERP systems, SAP S/4HANA highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong market research, cost benefit analysis, and analytical skills
- Basic contract management awareness
- Prior experience within the UAE/KSA procurement environment preferred
- High integrity and ethical standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Role Purpose
- Our client is seeking a detail oriented Procurement Analyst to support their growing procurement operations across the UAE and KSA.
- In this role, you will handle end to end procurement execution, vendor coordination, and sourcing support while ensuring strict adherence to company policies and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end purchasing activities, including creating and processing Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) using SAP S/4HANA.
- Support vendor onboarding, maintain documentation, assist with RFQs/RFPs, analyze competitor quotations, and build vendor comparison sheets.

Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or related services.
- Prior experience within the UAE/KSA procurement environment is preferred.
- Hands on experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong market research, cost benefit analysis, basic contract management awareness, and exceptional analytical skills.
- High integrity, resilient, proactive, and strong communicator.
Salary & Contract
- Contract: 6 Months
- Salary: AED 10,000 per month No other benefits
- Start Date: ASAP
