- Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts
- Prepare payment batches and ensure payments are processed according to agreed terms
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments regarding payment queries
- Support month end closing activities and reporting
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
- Assist the Finance team with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial controls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills in English
- Must hold a valid UAE Residence Visa with NOC (Own Visa)
- Must be available to join from September 2026

About the Role
- We are seeking experienced Accounts Payable Executives to join our team on a temporary contract to support multiple upcoming projects during the second half of 2026.
- The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, payments, and financial records while supporting project finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
- Prepare payment batches and ensure payments are processed according to agreed terms.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably within project based, events, logistics, FMCG, or fast paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must hold a valid UAE Residence Visa with NOC (Own Visa).
- Candidates based in the UAE are strongly preferred.
- Candidates based in Qatar may also be considered if suitable UAE based candidates are not available.
- Must be available to join from September 2026.
Contract Details
- Location: UAE (Primary) / Qatar (Secondary)
- Duration: Approximately September 2026 – January 2027
- Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month
- Temporary project based contract supporting multiple upcoming projects.
