- Lead all delegate management, registration, accreditation, and protocol operations
- Manage and mentor large multidisciplinary teams across delegate related functions
- Coordinate with government entities, including MOFA, MOI, protocol departments, and other relevant authorities
- Oversee the complete delegate journey from registration through arrival, event participation, and departure
- Ensure seamless coordination between registration, protocol, logistics, accommodation, transportation, and airport operations teams
- Develop operational structures, workflows, SOPs, contingency plans, and delegate processes
- Manage client relationships, provide regular progress updates, deliver presentations, and resolve operational issues
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, project updates, and post event reports
- Monitor project timelines and ensure all delegate services are delivered to the highest standard
Requirements
- Proven experience leading delegate management for large scale international conferences or major events
- Strong knowledge of delegate registration, accreditation, protocol, and guest management
- Good understanding of visa processes, flights, accommodation, transportation, airport operations, and delegate logistics
- Experience managing large operational teams and multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong client facing experience with excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent planning, organisational, problem solving, and decision making abilities
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced event environment
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) – Mandatory

About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced Delegate Management Director to lead the end to end delegate experience for a prestigious international conference in Qatar.
- This role is responsible for overseeing delegate management, registration, accreditation, protocol, and coordination across multiple operational teams to ensure a seamless experience for VIPs, government officials, speakers, and international delegates.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large scale conferences or international events and possess a solid understanding of delegate logistics, including visas, flights, accommodation, airport operations, transportation, and guest movements.
- While these services are managed by dedicated teams, the Director will oversee coordination and ensure alignment across all workstreams.

- Experience working with government stakeholders and protocol authorities.
- GCC event experience is highly desirable.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 26,000 per month.
- All logistics provided (Visa, Flights, Accommodation & Transportation).
- Project Duration: 4 Months (Starting August 2026).
- Event Dates: 25th – 27th October 2026 (3 day International Conference).
