The role is aligned with Accenture’s Finance Operations vertical and focuses on Procure to Pay payment processing operations.
The position supports financial outcomes by collecting operational data, analyzing transactions, and performing reconciliations.
What You Will Do
- Improve vendor compliance, savings protection, discount capture, and confirmation of pricing and terms before payment.
- Account for goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving.
- Manage procurement and financial processes end to end.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, non-purchase orders, and two-way and three-way invoice matching.
- Make payments through checks, wire transfers, SWIFT, direct debits, manual payments, and automated payment runs.
- Run potential duplicate payment reports, take appropriate action, and execute payment-related controls.
- Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems while working as an individual contributor within a team.
- Work with peers and update supervisors, with limited exposure to clients or Accenture management.
- Work may require rotational shifts.
Qualifications and Work Scope
- BCom qualification.
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Primary skill in Procure to Pay payment processing operations.
- Ability to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems.
- Moderate instruction is provided for daily tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments.
- Decisions primarily affect the individual’s work and may affect the work of others.
