Job Title: Process Engineer – Water, Wastewater & Industrial effluent treatment plant
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Design & Engineering professional with experience in water and wastewater treatment systems.
The role involves process and mechanical design of treatment plants including RO, UF, DM, STP, ETP, and advanced biological systems.
The candidate will play a key role in engineering design, documentation, and cross-functional coordination for project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform
- hydraulic and mechanical design
- of water and wastewater treatment systems
- Develop
- Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Mass Balance Diagrams, and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
- Design and engineer treatment systems including:
- Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultra Filtration (UF), Demineralization (DM)
- Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP)
• Grey Water Treatment Systems
- Biological processes such as
- MBR, MBBR, Extended Aeration, and UASB reactors
- Prepare and review
- engineering and fabrication drawings
- in coordination with draftsmen
- Select
- pumps, electro-mechanical equipment, and valves
- based on process requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Environmental Engineering
- Strong experience in
- water & wastewater treatment plant design
- Proficiency in preparing
- PFDs, P&IDs, and engineering documentation
- Knowledge of biological and physico-chemical treatment processes
- Experience in
- equipment sizing and selection (pumps, blowers, vessels, etc.)
