About the Role
We are seeking an experienced PRO to act as the primary liaison between Hotaru Holdings and UAE government departments. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE labour law and immigration procedures, and experience in hospitality or F&B sectors.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between Hotaru Holdings and UAE government departments and authorities
- Process and manage all employment visas, residence permits, Emirates ID applications, labour cards, and work permits
- Handle visa renewals, cancellations, status changes, and related documentation
- Monitor and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, immigration regulations, and company licensing requirements
- Coordinate inspections, approvals, and submissions required by relevant authorities
- Manage trade license renewals and amendments for all company entities
- Process approvals, permits, and certificates required for restaurant operations
- Maintain accurate records of all company documents, licenses, permits, and employee documentation
- Track expiration dates and proactively initiate renewal processes
- Assist employees with visa related procedures and government documentation
- Coordinate medical examinations, Emirates ID appointments, and residency processes
- Support the opening of new restaurant locations by securing necessary permits and approvals
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE, preferably within hospitality, F&B, or retail sectors
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, immigration procedures, and government regulations
- Experience dealing with MOHRE, GDRFA, Dubai Municipality, Economic Department, and other relevant authorities
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills
- UAE Driving License
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple entities and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and government online portals

Qualifications & Requirements
