- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and conduct data audits

Job Overview
- The HR & Administration Assistant provides operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating HR processes, supporting recruitment activities, and ensuring smooth day to day functioning of HR and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the issuance, tracking, and return of employee uniforms.
- Review and verify weekly staff rotas for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all HR documents.
- Process employee additions and deletions on the company medical insurance scheme.
- Assist in screening and shortlisting CVs against defined job criteria.
- Maintain and update tracker for employee documents including visas, passports, Emirates IDs, etc.
- Process and coordinate routine employee requests related to OHC and Food Hygiene.
- Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for monthly team gatherings.
- Draft and issue standard HR correspondence including employment letters, NOCs, salary certificates.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and conduct regular data audits.
