- Execute mise en place and prep work ahead of yum cha service
- Ensure all dim sum items meet presentation, weight, and quality standards
- Keep the station clean, stocked, and organized throughout service

Key Responsibilities

Pay
- Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month.
