Job Summary
Manage day-to-day PRO, visa, labour, immigration, employee documentation, accommodation and HR administrative activities.
Ensure timely completion and renewal of employee and company government formalities while supporting daily HR operations, employee services, compliance and reporting.
The role is based in Dubai, UAE, within Human Resources and Administration.
Employment Details
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Work location: In person.
PRO, Visa and Immigration
- Process employment visas, including new applications, renewals, amendments, transfers, status changes and cancellations.
- Coordinate work permits, labour contracts, labour cards, Emirates ID applications and renewals, medical fitness tests and immigration formalities.
- Coordinate with MOHRE, GDRFA, Amer, Tasheel and other relevant government authorities and service centres.
- Maintain expiry trackers and coordinate onboarding and offboarding from a PRO perspective.
- Handle government correspondence, applications, NOCs, attestations and related documentation.
