Join the growing team as a Business Development Manager specializing in glass and metal.
The role covers business development and sales across glass, metal, aluminium, façade, and interior fit-out markets.
The position is based in Dubai and requires in-person work.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in glass, metal, aluminium, and fit-out.
- Build relationships with contractors, consultants, designers, and developers.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with production and technical teams for project execution.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain sales records and reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely payment collection from clients.
Qualifications
- At least 2–5 years of sales experience in glass, metal, aluminium, façade, fit-out, or construction.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- A strong UAE construction or interior-market client network is preferred.
- Knowledge of drawings, materials, and project specifications is advantageous.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 4,000 per month.
