About the Role
S&P Global is seeking a Senior Principal for the Private Market Valuations team in Riyadh. The role involves performing valuations on illiquid investments, presenting analyses, training junior analysts, and building client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Perform valuations on a wide range of illiquid investments across industries and geographies using accepted approaches
- Present analyses and conclusions including written reports, and handle valuation queries from clients
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of financial models used for valuations
- Train and coach junior analysts
- Work with management to build and maintain client relationships
- Attend relevant industry events to broaden knowledge and experience
Requirements
- Qualified accountant or CFA charterholder (or in process of obtaining qualification)
- Preference for holding a TAQEEM (Business Valuation) License or in process of obtaining one
- Multiple years of experience constructing and reviewing valuation models including DCF, comparable company/bond, PWERM, and option pricing models
- Experience managing delivery of valuations and responding to client challenges
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to adapt and support new business opportunities
- Must be a KSA National

About the Role
- The Private Market Valuations team supports clients with independent valuations of illiquid debt and private equity investments.
- This role is in Riyadh and is limited to KSA Nationals.

What We're Looking For
