Join the production team as a Printing and Sticker Technician.
Produce printed materials, decals, labels, signage, and custom sticker products for a wide range of clients.
Responsibilities
- Operate digital printers, sticker printers, plotters, laminators, and cutting machines.
- Prepare and inspect artwork files before production.
- Monitor print quality, color consistency, alignment, and material usage.
- Complete trimming, laminating, weeding, mounting, and packaging tasks.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness, conduct routine machine checks, and perform basic maintenance.
- Read job orders and complete projects to specifications and deadlines.
- Track vinyl, paper, ink, laminates, and other production materials.
- Troubleshoot minor printing or cutting issues to reduce downtime and waste.
Requirements
- Experience operating printing, cutting, or finishing equipment in a production environment.
- Knowledge of print materials, adhesive media, vinyl types, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read job specifications and prepare files accurately for production.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar design and prepress software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical production tasks safely.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for printers and related equipment.
- Good time management and ability to work under production deadlines.
