Role Description
Full-time, on-site Print Production Operator role based in Jiddah.
Operate and monitor printing and finishing equipment while preparing production materials.
Complete print jobs according to specifications and deadlines.
Production Responsibilities
- Set up machines, perform test runs, and adjust settings.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Manage print queues and job tickets and coordinate with internal teams on job requirements.
- Inspect printed materials for accuracy and quality and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area.
- Follow company standards and safety procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong print production and printing skills, including printing equipment operation and setup.
- Experience with bindery processes such as cutting, folding, stapling, and finishing.
- Printer support ability, including routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Quality-control experience for printed output and finished products.
- Basic technical and mechanical aptitude for production machinery and tools.
- Arabic language ability is required.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and follow job specifications, work orders, and safety guidelines.
- Good organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple jobs and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous print shop or production-environment experience is preferred.
- Vocational or technical training in print production is an advantage.
