Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (CS, Electronics, or related)
- 10+ years in software testing, focused on embedded systems
- Strong manual and automated test case experience
- QT framework familiarity
- Solid grasp of software engineering processes
- In depth RTCA DO 178C knowledge
- UAV systems experience preferred
- Aviation/aerospace software testing background
- Technical and line management experience (preferred)
- Automated testing frameworks and tools (preferred)
- Agile and TDD familiarity (preferred)
- Strong analytical and communication skills (preferred)

Position Overview
- We're seeking an experienced Software Testing Team Lead with a strong background in embedded systems and aviation software testing.
- The ideal candidate has managed testing teams, written and executed test cases, and is familiar with RTCA DO 178C.
- UAV systems and QT framework experience preferred.
