- Support quality assurance throughout the systems engineering lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, regulatory, customer, and internal requirements
- Participate in design, verification, validation, qualification, and flight test reviews
- Review engineering documentation, manage design changes, and support configuration management
- Monitor system integration, testing, and certification activities to ensure quality and compliance
- Investigate non conformities, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Capture lessons learned and collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance product quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years' experience in aerospace quality engineering
- Knowledge of AS9100, EASA/FAA requirements, systems engineering, airworthiness, certification, FMEA, 8D, risk management, and continuous improvement methodologies

Job Purpose
- We are seeking a Quality Engineer to provide independent quality assurance across the full systems engineering lifecycle, from requirements and design through verification, validation, testing, certification, and product release.
- The role ensures compliance with aerospace quality standards while driving engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support quality assurance throughout the systems engineering lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, regulatory, customer, and internal requirements.
