About the Role

  • Principal PMM (Financial Services) to define how financial services products win at Lightspeed.
  • Own positioning, go to market strategy, and use data and AI to scale growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Define positioning and messaging for Lightspeed Financial Services products.
  • Own end to end go to market strategy for major product and feature launches.
  • Partner closely with Product, Data, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Design and implement AI driven approaches.
  • Lead complex, cross functional initiatives.
  • Act as the voice of the customer.
  • Mentor and elevate product marketing craft.

What You Need To Bring

  • 10+ years Product marketing or related experience.
  • Financial services, fintech, payments, or related industry experience (required).
  • Leading complex, cross functional initiatives.
  • Owning business outcomes in a growth stage or scaled technology company.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly data driven decision making.
  • Using data tools such as SQL, Looker.
  • Applying AI tools or techniques.
  • Anticipating customer needs.
  • Operating effectively in ambiguous environments.

Compensation

  • Total compensation range: $180k $220k CAD.
  • Includes medical, dental, wellness, life and disability insurance, RRSP plan and match, paid parental leave top up, and paid time off.
