Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in a top tier technology company or large enterprise, with a focus on AI/ML based products
- In depth experience managing a product throughout its entire lifecycle within a large, matrixed enterprise
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross functional teams
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and proactive problem solving
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and a data driven mindset
- Strong technical background with ability to discuss architectural concepts and trade offs

Your responsibilities include:
- Develop product vision, positioning, value proposition that supports AI understanding, business prioritization, and adoption of solutions.
- Identify market opportunities and define the product roadmap, focusing on innovative solutions that leverage AI technologies.
- Set ambitious objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead the end to end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Work closely with AI researchers and engineers to translate complex technical concepts into products that drive business value.
- Implement agile methodologies to ensure flexibility, rapid iteration, and responsiveness to feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Borealis and RBC.
- Influence and inspire cross functional teams, including business owners, operations, legal, and compliance.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the product team, encouraging creative thinking.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Champion a test and learn approach, promoting experimentation and data driven decision making.
You're our ideal candidate if you have:
- 8+ years of product management experience in a top tier technology company or large enterprise, with a focus on AI/ML based products
- In depth experience of managing a product throughout its entire lifecycle within a large, matrixed enterprise
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving alignment
