About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop product vision, positioning, value proposition that supports AI understanding, business prioritization, and adoption of solutions
- Identify market opportunities and define the product roadmap, focusing on innovative solutions that leverage AI technologies
- Set ambitious objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
- Lead the end to end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of high quality products
- Work closely with AI researchers and engineers to translate complex technical concepts into products that drive business value and adoption
- Implement agile methodologies to ensure flexibility, rapid iteration, and responsiveness to feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Borealis and RBC, fostering collaboration and alignment
- Influence and inspire cross functional teams, including business owners, operations, legal, and compliance, to ensure seamless product execution
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to senior leadership and other stakeholders
- Foster a culture of innovation within the product team, encouraging creative thinking and exploration of new ideas
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to integrate AI advancements into strategy
- Champion a test and learn approach, promoting experimentation and use of data to drive decision making
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in a top tier technology company or large enterprise, with a focus on AI/ML based products
- In depth experience of managing a product throughout its entire lifecycle within a large, matrixed enterprise
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving alignment
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data driven mindset, familiar with system evaluation, monitoring and optimization
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, trade offs, and new opportunities with technical team members
