Purpose of Role
Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality learning experiences for primary students.
Support students' academic, social, emotional, and personal development in a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.
Implement the school curriculum in alignment with the school's mission, vision, and values.
Academic and Pedagogical Leadership
- Design, implement, and oversee the Primary academic program.
- Ensure effective curriculum delivery and promote innovative, student-centered teaching practices.
- Analyze academic results and establish continuous improvement plans.
Teaching Staff Management
- Coordinate, mentor, and evaluate the Primary teaching team.
- Identify professional development needs, support training, and lead pedagogical meetings.
- Participate in recruiting and inducting new teaching staff.
Student and Family Engagement
- Monitor students' academic, social, and emotional progress.
- Implement support strategies for specific learning needs and coordinate behavior and wellbeing strategies.
