Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Specialist to support pricing strategy, fee calibration, and commercial optimization initiatives.
The role focuses on analyzing pricing performance, maintaining pricing frameworks, supporting cross-functional projects, and ensuring alignment between business, operations, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze pricing performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Support delivery fee calibration and pricing optimization initiatives.
- Prepare pricing recommendations based on data analysis and business impact.
- Maintain pricing templates, trackers, and reporting dashboards.
- Validate pricing configurations and ensure implementation accuracy.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis.
- Track KPIs and provide insights to improve profitability and customer experience.
- Ensure alignment with company pricing policies and strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in pricing, analytics, strategy, or commercial roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with SQL, BI tools, or data visualization is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
