About the Role
Target Engineering seeks a Lead Piping Engineer to lead piping design and construction for major EPC Oil & Gas projects. The role requires 15+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, strong leadership, and expertise in piping materials, fabrication, and industry standards.

Responsibilities
- Develop schedules, work plans, and manage the Construction Execution Plan in coordination with project teams
- Oversee piping fabrication activities, including material selection, fabrication drawings, isometric reviews, MTO verification, WPS availability, and fabrication sequencing
- Monitor piping construction works to ensure compliance with design documentation, safety standards, quality requirements, and project schedules
- Manage the procurement and timely delivery of piping materials while ensuring compliance with project requirements
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams to maintain quality standards and implement corrective actions where required
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and support risk identification and mitigation throughout all project phases
- Lead, mentor, and develop the piping team to achieve project objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact for piping engineering matters and provide regular progress updates and technical support to stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering within oil & gas, piping, marine, power, or plant industries
- At least 5 years in a leadership role managing multidisciplinary projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong expertise in piping engineering, materials, and construction techniques
- In depth knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Proven project management capabilities, including budgeting and scheduling

Your Role

What We’re Looking For
