- Design and conduct experimental studies under PI supervision in areas including molecular biology, cell biology, genomics, or translational research
- Perform laboratory procedures such as cell culture, PCR, Western blotting, ELISA, flow cytometry, sequencing workflows, and/or imaging techniques
- Prepare reagents, buffers, and biological samples ensuring compliance with GLP and institutional biosafety standards
- Contribute to integrative analyses (e.g., multi omics, clinical datasets, translational pipelines)
- Conduct literature reviews and contribute to hypothesis generation and study design
- Contribute to a culture of academic excellence, innovation, and ethical research conduct
- Support IRB submissions, protocol development, and regulatory documentation where applicable
- Adhere to all institutional policies on research ethics, biosafety, and data governance
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams across KFSHRC and partner institutions
Requirements
- Enrolled in or accepted into a doctoral research training program
- Experience in molecular biology, cell biology, genomics, or translational research
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques such as cell culture, PCR, Western blotting, ELISA, flow cytometry, sequencing, and imaging
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and biosafety standards

Job Description
- Participates in a structured doctoral research training program and supports the planning, execution, and dissemination of biomedical research activities under the supervision of a Principal Investigator (PI).
