Responsibilities
- Collaborating with sales teams to understand client needs and provide technical support during the sales process.
- Design and present solutions that leverage F12’s services to address client challenges and achieve their business goals
- Create overview guide documentation for each opportunity which can be successfully handed to the project operations team. Overview guides include a program and deliverable overview, CPQ data, identified future opportunity items, identified risks and any items established as out of scope.
- Liaise with internal teams, such as product development and operations, to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with F12’s capabilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to executive effective sales strategies and strive to achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales design, solutions architecture, or technical consulting role, preferably within the managed services or technology industry.
- Strong technical background with expertise in areas such as networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate client needs and provide optimal solutions through F12’s product offerings
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to IT infrastructure and managed services.
