Role Purpose
The Operations Technician provides reliable and secure technology access for internal employees.
The role is the first point of contact for internal end-user support and also supports branch infrastructure and operational initiatives.
The position collaborates with Cloud Services, DevOps, SecOps, and Business Operations on escalations, changes, and service continuity.
End-User and Access Support
- Provide first-line support for endpoints, core applications, and SaaS tools, resolving or escalating incidents remotely and onsite.
- Administer access using RBAC and complete onboarding, offboarding, and role-change activities with documented approvals.
- Support onboarding setup and secure use guidance.
