We are looking for a Pre-Sales Intern who has strong communication skills and is able to interact with customers in a professional manner to qualify sales opportunities and convert them into qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers and provide an overview of the company’s products or services
- Understand customer needs and determine their readiness to purchase
- Collect and update basic customer information in the system
- Transfer qualified leads to the sales team to complete the sales process
- Follow up with customers at an initial level and encourage engagement
Requirements
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Must be Saudi and eligible for the Tamheer Program
- Must be registered with HRDF and have uploaded their graduation certificate
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic computer and system usage skills
