About the Role
Rewaa is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to manage and optimize paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Snapchat, Meta, LinkedIn) to generate high-quality leads and drive SQL conversion.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a paid media strategy aligned with company objectives to drive qualified leads and SQLs
- Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Snapchat, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
- Execute and optimize campaigns across the funnel to improve lead to SQL and SQL to customer conversion rates
- Design and run A/B testing frameworks to optimize creatives, messaging, and targeting
- Monitor and analyze performance (leads, SQLs, conversion rates, ROAS) and make data driven decisions
- Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing teams to ensure creative alignment with performance goals
- Work closely with Sales to align paid campaigns with buyer personas and business segments that deliver higher conversions
- Benchmark performance against industry standards and competitor campaigns
- Prepare reports and insights to communicate channel impact to leadership and recommend scaling or budget reallocation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 4 7 years of experience in paid media management, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology
- Proven track record of improving lead quality, SQL conversion rates, and ROI across multiple channels
- Hands on experience in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Meta
- Strong knowledge of attribution modeling and multi channel funnel analysis
- Analytical and data driven mindset with proficiency in performance tools (Google Analytics, Metabase, or similar)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

- The Performance Marketing will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising channels to generate high quality leads and drive SQL conversion.
Key Accountabilities
- Developing and implementing a paid media strategy aligned with company objectives to drive qualified leads and SQLs
