Responsibilities
- Continuously prospect and engage new potential customers through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
- Build and develop a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities
- Manage a high volume of daily sales activities to maintain a consistent opportunity flow
- Understand customer needs and assess the fit of Rewaa's solutions for their business
- Qualify prospects and convert them into genuine sales opportunities
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for qualified prospects
- Follow up with prospects across multiple touchpoints to maximize close rates and drive revenue
- Update and document all activities and data accurately within the CRM system
- Handle inbound leads assigned from marketing or other channels and convert them into sales opportunities
- Meet daily and monthly targets related to sales activities and revenue
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in Outbound Sales or Tele Sales
- Proven track record in prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Ability to confidently engage business owners and decision makers
- Experience using CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets
- Strong time management and prioritization skills

Role Overview
- We are looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist with proven experience in prospecting and building new sales opportunities through proactive, direct outreach.
- This role is primarily outbound focused (80% prospecting, 20% inbound).
Key Responsibilities
