Overview

  • Sapiens is looking for an experienced Pre Sales Consultant to join the Middle East Sales team.
  • The role involves understanding customer requirements, pitching and demoing solutions, and preparing proposals.
  • This position is part of Sapiens’ Property & Casualty division.

What You’ll Do

  • Providing pre sales expertise in support of Sapiens solution and product sales efforts in APAC and global sales channels.
  • Delivering business oriented presentations to all levels of customer organization including board level.
  • Leading the benefits assessment process and developing customized ROI/ROR analysis.
  • Architecting solutions to address customer business requirements.
  • Preparation, configuration and delivery of demonstrations.
  • Author and manage responses to requests for proposals (RFP).
  • Provide timely and accurate communication to management and other team members.
  • Assist marketing with support for events, PR, seminars and campaigns.
  • Create prototypes and prototype requirements as part of architecting a solution.
  • Work with Product Strategy to perform market analysis to enhance demo environments.
  • Work with Product Strategy and Product teams on new product features.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience at a technical sale/ pre sales/ Sales Engineer consultant role.
  • Proven ability to work independently to prepare for demos and provide them.
  • Ability to design solutions for the customer including multiple solutions and potential prototypes.
  • Excellent command of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance business – hands on P&C insurance business experience preferred.
  • Experience with P&C insurance information systems at a super user level is required.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, previous experience in similar role in an Insurance Software Vendor desired.
  • Ability to engage confidently at senior levels with customer organizations.
  • Experience presenting to executive management level.
  • Ability to design and deliver customer workshops, presentations and demonstrations.
  • Ability to match customer functional requirements and application system options/functionality effectively.
  • Comfortable operating within a cross functional, remote team environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client facing skills.
