- Provide pre sales expertise in support of Sapiens solution and product sales efforts in APAC and global sales channels
- Deliver business oriented presentations to all levels of customer organization including board level
- Lead benefits assessment process and develop customized ROI/ROR analysis
- Architect solutions to address customer business requirements
- Prepare, configure and deliver demonstrations
- Author and manage responses to requests for proposals (RFP)
- Provide timely and accurate communication to management and other team members
- Assist marketing with support for events, PR, seminars and campaigns
- Create prototypes and prototype requirements as part of architecting solutions
- Work with Product Strategy to perform market analysis to enhance demo environments
- Work with Product Strategy and Product teams on new product features
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical sale/pre sales/Sales Engineer consultant role
- Proven ability to work independently to prepare and deliver demos
- Ability to design solutions for customers including multiple solutions and potential prototypes
- Excellent command of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance business; hands on P&C insurance business experience preferred
- Experience with P&C insurance information systems at a super user level
- Strong understanding of software solutions; previous experience in similar role in an Insurance Software Vendor desired
- Ability to engage confidently at senior levels with customer organizations
- Experience presenting to executive management level
- Ability to design and deliver customer workshops, presentations and demonstrations
- Ability to match customer functional requirements with application system options/functionality
- Comfortable operating within a cross functional, remote team environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and client facing skills
