- Monitor achievements and deviations in marketing and sales plans, providing progress reports
- Conduct market research to identify current and future requirements for power and water products

- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5 to 10 years of experience in power and water sales or prequalification
- Contribute to formulation and implementation of sales strategies for power and water products

Job Purpose
- Oversee prequalification processes, ensuring compliance and excellence in prescription activities.
- Manage and lead the team to achieve high standards, contributing to company success in project pursuits.
Key Accountability Areas Strategy Development
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of overall Power & Water sales strategies, plans, and processes for products and solutions related to power generation, transmission, distribution, and water systems.
- Stay updated on any modifications to submitted documents, approvals, or requirements from end users and consultants regarding power and water products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international end users, consultants, and key stakeholders in the power and water sectors.
- Monitor achievements and deviations in marketing and sales plans, providing regular progress reports to top management.
Key Accountability Areas Strategy Implementation
- Ensure the effective implementation of the prequalification strategy by setting objectives, managing performance, and fostering a high performing team.
- Actively participate in the coordination of power and water related products and solutions across alfanar’s units.
- Provide and implement tools to meet market requirements, especially those supporting technical specification and compliance approaches.
Key Accountability Areas Market Research & Needs Analysis
- Stay informed about market trends and requirements, specifying market needs for current and future power and water solutions.
- Conduct market research, including customer visits, to identify current and future requirements for power and water products.
- Forecast long and short term market potential for the power and water sectors in Saudi Arabia.
Key Accountability Areas Compliance & Customer Support
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards within the power and water sales domain.
- Provide comprehensive support to local end users and clients who adopt alfanar’s power and water solutions.
Qualifications
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Work Experience: 5 to 10 Years.
- Technical / Functional Competencies: Analysis, Reporting.
