About the Role
The PR Intern will support PR and communications activities for premium dining and lifestyle brands.
The role focuses on media relations, influencers, events, brand visibility, and storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Assist with media and influencer outreach, invitations, guest lists, and relationships.
- Research journalists, publications, influencers, and KOLs across UAE lifestyle sectors.
- Support restaurant openings, launches, events, tastings, and PR activations.
- Assist with press releases, media alerts, fact sheets, brand materials, and press kits.
- Coordinate media and influencer visits and follow up on coverage and content.
- Monitor media coverage, brand mentions, and competitor PR activity.
- Maintain media, influencer, and contact databases.
- Support PR reports, coverage tracking, and monthly media monitoring.
- Research trends, news opportunities, and potential partnerships.
- Work with marketing, restaurant, and agency teams on consistent brand messaging.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or current studies in PR, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong interest in hospitality, restaurants, luxury lifestyle, fashion, and media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Confident and personable when communicating with media, influencers, and external partners.
- Proactive, curious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the UAE media and influencer landscape is advantageous.
- Previous PR, communications, hospitality, or events experience is advantageous.
