- Manage day to day media relations with professionalism and care.

- Select and manage influencer partnerships that feel authentic and aligned to the brand.
- Craft press materials that reflect a refined and consistent brand voice.
- Oversee storytelling across earned, owned, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and alignment of messaging.
- Support content development for key resort experiences, dining, spa, and events.

Role Overview
- As PR & Communications Manager at Banyan Tree Dubai, you will shape and share the story of the resort through thoughtful, authentic, and purposeful communication.
- You will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring the brand is represented with consistency, integrity, and quiet confidence.

Partnerships & Experiences
- Support the development of meaningful collaborations and brand partnerships.
- Coordinate press and VIP visits with attention to detail and guest experience.
- Contribute to the planning of key resort moments and activations.
- Strengthen relationships that enhance the resort's presence in the market.
Internal Communication & Collaboration
- Support internal communications that foster clarity, alignment, and engagement.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, F&B, Spa, and Operations teams.
- Ensure guest experiences are reflected accurately in all external communication.
Performance & Reporting
- Track media coverage and communications impact in a clear and structured way.
- Provide thoughtful insights and reporting on PR activity.
- Manage the PR budget responsibly and with commercial awareness.
