Role Overview

  • As a Spa Receptionist at Banyan Tree Dubai, you are responsible for creating a warm and seamless welcome experience for guests visiting the Spa, ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
  • You are a key ambassador of the Banyan Tree brand, providing personalised service from the moment guests make an enquiry or arrive at the Spa, while ensuring smooth coordination of appointments, treatments, and guest requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome all guests warmly upon arrival at the Spa and provide a personalised first impression.
  • Deliver professional and attentive service throughout the guest journey, from enquiry to departure.
  • Assist guests with Spa facilities, treatment options, wellness experiences, and resort offerings.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a calm, welcoming, and luxurious Spa environment at all times.
  • Manage Spa reservations, appointments, cancellations, and changes efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information regarding treatments, pricing, packages, promotions, and availability.
  • Coordinate closely with Spa Therapists to ensure smooth treatment schedules and guest flow.
  • Confirm appointments and communicate any relevant information to guests prior to their visit.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, and treatment history where applicable.
  • Handle guest enquiries professionally in person, over the telephone, and through digital communication channels.
  • Provide recommendations on suitable treatments and Spa experiences based on guest preferences.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, Guest Relations Agent, or similar role within a luxury hotel, resort, or wellness environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and luxury guest expectations.
  • Experience with reservations systems and payment procedures.
  • Excellent spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
