- Welcome all guests warmly upon arrival at the Spa and provide a personalised first impression
- Manage Spa reservations, appointments, cancellations, and changes efficiently
- Handle guest enquiries professionally in person, over the telephone, and through digital communication channels
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit card, and room charges
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
- Support retail sales by introducing guests to Spa products and services
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, Guest Relations Agent, or similar role within a luxury hotel, resort, or wellness environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and luxury guest expectations
- Experience with reservations systems and payment procedures
- Excellent spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

Role Overview
- As a Spa Receptionist at Banyan Tree Dubai, you are responsible for creating a warm and seamless welcome experience for guests visiting the Spa.
- You are a key ambassador of the Banyan Tree brand, providing personalised service from the moment guests make an enquiry or arrive at the Spa.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome all guests warmly upon arrival at the Spa and provide a personalised first impression.
- Manage Spa reservations, appointments, cancellations, and changes efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience
