About the Role

Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles before installation and report any existing damage
- Prepare vehicle surfaces (washing, decontamination, polishing if required, and cleaning)
- Measure, cut, and install PPF using pre cut patterns or bulk installation techniques
- Apply PPF to hoods, bumpers, fenders, mirrors, doors, roofs, and other panels
- Remove air bubbles, wrinkles, and imperfections for a perfect finish
- Ensure proper alignment, edge wrapping, and finishing as per company standards
- Conduct post installation inspections and quality checks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist with window tinting, vinyl wrapping, or ceramic coating when required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PPF installation
- Experience working on premium/luxury vehicles preferred
- Familiarity with various PPF brands and installation methods
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- Basic English communication skills

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join our expert team. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in PPF application and a strong commitment to delivering flawless finishes in line with premium automotive standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles before installation and report any existing damage
- Prepare vehicle surfaces (washing, decontamination, polishing if required, and cleaning)
- Measure, cut, and install PPF using pre cut patterns or bulk installation techniques
- Apply PPF to hoods, bumpers, fenders, mirrors, doors, roofs, and other panels
- Remove air bubbles, wrinkles, and imperfections for a perfect finish
- Ensure proper alignment, edge wrapping, and finishing as per company standards
- Conduct post installation inspections and quality checks
- Repair or replace defective installations when necessary
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Properly handle and maintain tools and equipment
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and company SOPs
- Coordinate with supervisors and QC team to ensure timely completion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or formal training in PPF installation (preferred)
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PPF installation
- Experience working on premium/luxury vehicles preferred
- Familiarity with various PPF brands and installation methods
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Excellent manual dexterity
- Ability to use digital cutting software and templates
- Good understanding of vehicle body panels
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
