Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Section Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations and lead a team of technicians.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, high quality service delivery, strong team performance, and excellent customer satisfaction in line with CARPI AUTO’s premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily operations of the assigned section
  • Allocate work based on technician skills and workload
  • Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members
  • Ensure all jobs are completed on time and meet company standards
  • Monitor workflow, productivity, and efficiency
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally
  • Follow up on customer feedback after service completion
  • Perform final inspections before vehicle delivery

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Diploma or certification in Automotive or related field (preferred)

Experience

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in automotive service or workshop operations
  • At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Experience in premium or luxury automotive service is an advantage

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Good planning, organization, and time management
  • Technical knowledge of automotive services and repair processes
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and conflict resolution
  • Computer literacy (ERP, CRM, Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to monitor productivity and drive team performance
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
