About the Role

Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles upon completion of work across all service areas (PPF, paint, detailing, etc.)
- Perform final quality checks before vehicle delivery
- Verify color matching, finishing quality, fit and alignment, and overall workmanship
- Identify defects such as scratches, bubbles, dust, uneven surfaces, or installation issues
- Ensure all work complies with company SOPs and quality standards
- Complete and sign Quality Control (QC) checklists for every job
- Coordinate with technicians to rectify any defects or rework requirements
- Ensure vehicles are clean, damage free, and ready for customer delivery
- Monitor adherence to repair and installation procedures
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
- Work closely with supervisors and workshop teams to improve quality performance
- Support timely job completion without compromising quality
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical certification in automotive or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in automotive quality control, inspection, or workshop operations
- Experience in PPF, painting, detailing, or automotive refinishing is preferred
- Experience working with premium or luxury vehicles is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and inspection skills
- Good knowledge of automotive repair and finishing standards
- Ability to identify defects and ensure corrective actions
- Strong understanding of SOPs and quality processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Problem solving and decision making ability
- Time management and ability to work under pressure

Job Summary
- We are looking for a detail oriented Quality Controller (QC) to ensure all vehicles meet CARPI AUTO’s high quality standards before delivery.

Qualifications
