seeking a highly motivated and experienced Power Apps & Power Automate Developer to join our Digital Transformation and Automation team in Chennai.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft Power Platform, delivering automation solutions, and collaborating with business stakeholders to drive operational eAiciency and digital innovation.

This role requires working from the Chennai oAice 5 days a week and partnering with global teams across business functions to design, develop, and support scalable business applications and workflows.

Key Responsibilities  Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.  Build and enhance business process automations using Power Automate Cloud Flows.  Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OAice 365, and other enterprise applications.  Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into scalable technical solutions.  Implement governance, security, and best practices for Power Platform applications.  Troubleshoot and resolve application and workflow issues.  Optimize application performance and ensure solution reliability.  Create technical documentation, support guides, and deployment procedures.  Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams in Agile project environments.  Support production environments and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.  5-7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.  Strong experience in: o Power Apps (Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps) o Power Automate Cloud Flows o Microsoft Dataverse o SharePoint Online o Microsoft 365 Ecosystem  Experience with REST APIs, connectors, and third-party system integrations.  Strong understanding of solution design, security roles, and environment management.  Experience in application lifecycle management (ALM) and deployment processes.  Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.  Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications  Experience with Power BI integration.  Knowledge of Azure services and Azure Logic Apps.  Experience with CoE (Center of Excellence) governance practices.  Microsoft Power Platform Certifications are highly preferred: o PL-100 o PL-200 o PL-400 o PL-600
