About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise the overall POS application environment, including system upgrades, enhancements, configuration updates, and release activities
- Coordinate and monitor integrations between POS platforms and external systems (online delivery aggregators, self service kiosks, loyalty platforms, payment gateways, etc.)
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of sales transactions and financial data across the POS ecosystem
- Provide first line analysis and support for system incident management, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions
- Coordinate with vendors, support partners, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of critical incidents
- Validate and reconcile system generated reports, ensuring consistency with ERP, finance, and business reporting requirements
- Establish and maintain comprehensive system documentation, process flows, configuration standards, and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT governance, security policies, data protection standards, and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize POS processes, enhance user experience, and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in POS systems management (Restaurant and QSR industry preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP, online sales platforms, and financial system integrations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage projects and deliver enhancements on time
- Attention to detail with strong focus on data accuracy
- Excellent communication and coordination with cross functional teams

Qualifications
