Job Overview

  • Seeking a POS Systems Supervisor to manage POS applications, integrations, and operational support
  • Ensure system stability, data accuracy, and an excellent user experience

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the overall POS application environment, including system upgrades, enhancements, configuration updates, and release activities
  • Coordinate and monitor integrations between POS platforms and external systems, including online delivery aggregators, self service kiosks, loyalty platforms, payment gateways, and other digital sales channels
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of sales transactions and financial data across the POS ecosystem
  • Provide first line analysis and support for system incident management, root cause analysis, and implementation of permanent corrective actions
  • Coordinate with vendors, support partners, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of critical incidents and service requests
  • Validate and reconcile system generated reports, ensuring consistency and alignment with ERP, finance, and business reporting requirements
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive system documentation, process flows, configuration standards, and operational procedures
  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT governance, security policies, data protection standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize POS processes, enhance user experience, and improve operational efficiency across retail and restaurant operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in POS systems management (Restaurant and QSR industry preferred)
  • Familiarity with ERP, online sales platforms, and financial system integrations
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage projects and deliver enhancements on time
  • Attention to detail with strong focus on data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and coordination with cross functional teams
